Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic, flowing and creative form of yoga, integrating fluid movement with deep and rhythmic breathing. Originating from the yogic teachings of Sri T. Krishnamarchya, the evolving sequences of postures connected by the breath, generate a subtle internal heat and have a transformative and balancing effect on body and mind, preparing you to “go with the flow” of life’s challenges when not on the yoga mat.

The practice will build strength, endurance and flexibility. Helping to release releasing stagnant energy and tension, detoxify the internal body and rejuvenate you for the day ahead. Whilst it is an awakening and enlivening practice, it also brings you to a focused, calm and meditative state.
